Stretching a Colour Range

Applying The Stretch to a range of colours, in this case the greens in the grass, will result in rainbow effects. For it to work successfully, there needs to be a reasonable colour range to stretch (e.g. the sky in the following image will not work). The following image stretches the grass, using the earlier V+S manipulation values for the V+S channels.

I have added more anchors than is probably necessary – it is another way of avoiding the difficulties of control arrows mapping over each other, it also guarantees that the manipulation is limited to the desired colour range. Stretching the grass range to the far right did not produce such a pleasing affect as this more restricted Stretch.
